The Human Resources Manager’s general objective is to make sure that the rules and the procedures required for managing resources used in the mission are respected. He/she (hereafter referred to as “he”) is on one hand responsible for organizing the administrative management of personnel (national) and supervising their qualitative management, and on the other setting out, highlighting and managing the means required for the implementation of operational decisions. Specific requirements for the role:

  • Efficient running and organization of resources in the Coordination
  • Follow up of the use of means (expenses and commitments), whenever possible
  • Sufficient numbers, competences and geographical distribution of administrative HR
  • Manage the Mission’s Human Resources information system and serves as the technical referent
  • Technical referent on the policies and procedures in the Mission for HR and Administration
